2023 Ride to Conquer Cancer
Get ready to ride!
We are happy to announce that the CSP will continue its support for the Ride to Conquer Cancer (RTCC) by fielding a medical bike team! The Canadian Ski Patrol (CSP) provides emergency medical response along the route with our Bicycle Emergency Response Unit (BERU) and we would love your help!
The Ride to Conquer Cancer is Canada’s largest and most impactful cycling fundraiser. All proceeds directly benefit The Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, one of the top 5 cancer research centres in the world.
Each year it brings thousands together to help accelerate life-saving cancer research. While each Rider has their own reason for riding, we are all heading towards the same goal: Conquer Cancer In Our Lifetime. There are multiple Ride routes to choose from and cyclists of all levels are encouraged to join. Get ready to Ride, June 10-11.
Any member of the CSP must register using the Ride To Conquer Cancer volunteers portal https://timecounts.app/pmcf-ride (screen shots of fields are provided below) and send an email to CSPRTCC@gmail.com indicating that you have registered.
During the registration process please indicate you are a member of the CSP and that you need a tent if staying overnight in Hamilton.
To properly plan for the event, we are asking for registrations to be submitted by 11:59 pm on May 21st.
Helpful hints:
Anywhere it asks for credentials – put in CSP and BERU.
If it asks for a “second team” enter “First Aid” again.
The Volunteer Shirt size is for the Ride volunteer shirt, NOT a bike jersey and NOT CSP.
