Please welcome your recruitment duo: Sean & Kasia Sander!

When approached about supporting Central Zone recruit new members, Sean and Kasia both stepped up with the determination that two heads are better than one!

Since taking the joint role in Fall of 2024, they have jumped in with both feet tackling the biggest recruitment job of the year – Toronto & Barrie swaps – while also gearing up to update materials, messaging, and build up the recruitment team.

Both dual certified in both the Motorcycle MERU and on-snow at Mount St. Louis Moonstone (MSLM) their passion for the CSP cuts across all seasons. With Sean joining in 2019, and Kasia quickly following suit in 2021, they both rapidly took on more roles including instructing and leadership at MSLM.

Asked what his objective was for recruiting, Sean said his “primary goal in this position is to encourage the joining of people who like to help others and have a long-term commitment to patrol.”

Similarly, Kasia’s stated she was “Excited to continue promoting Ski Patrol’s commitment, passion and professionalism.”
