New Patroller AFA Training: Help us build the next generation of great patrollers! What’s involved ? Organizing, supporting and overseeing the new candidate AFA training courses we run to train new recruits in the fall and spring, including Field Day.

Returning Patroller AFA Requalification: Keep our organization going strong! What’s involved? Organizing, supporting and overseeing the activities involved in the annual requalification of returning patrollers – AFA Skills, e-learning and online exams, BLS requalification and our patient assessment and diagnostic evaluations. 

On-Snow Training: Here’s where the “rubber hit’s the road”. What’s involved? Organizing, supporting and overseeing the on-snow training activities that take place at each resort/ski club for both our new and returning patrollers.  

Instructor Certification Program (ICP): Instructing our instructors! What’s involved? Organizing, supporting and overseeing the certification of new instructors and ongoing activities that help sustain a team of dedicated, knowledgeable instructors and instructor trainers.   

E-learning Support: Plug in, and log on! What’s involved? Supporting Central Zone patrollers who access and complete e-learning as part of their new candidate training or annual AFA requalification.
