Complete Updated e-Learning Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Start today<\/strong> \u2013 don\u2019t risk missing prerequisites<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expect ~5.5 hrs\/year over a 3-year cycle to cover full AFA curriculum\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Courses are full or near capacity \u2013 rescheduling is unlikely. Start early to ensure you have enough time to complete the full training before your scheduled course date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.
